Small Constitution of 1992 : ウィキペディア英語版 | Small Constitution of 1992
Small Constitution of 1992 in Poland was a constitution regulating relations between legislative and executive branches of Poland, and the local self-government. It was voted by the Poland's first democratic Sejm (parliament) elected in the free elections (since 1928). It annulled some of the most outdated parts of the Stalinist Constitution of the People's Republic of Poland from 1952, particularly replacing statements about Poland being a communist and socialist state with those of liberal democracy and market economy. It was the second major adjustment of the 1952 constitution, after the April Novelization of 1989. The reformed 1952 constitution was fully repealed and completely replaced in 1997 by the current Constitution of Poland.
